Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Troubleshoot and debug existing CRM systems • Analyze and identify areas for improvement in existing CRM systems • Design and implement new CRM systems • Develop and maintain documentation on CRM systems • Provide technical support for CRM systems Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • At least 1 year of experience in developing and maintaining CRM systems • Knowledge of CRM software, databases, and related technologies Preferred Skills: • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
